Where do you source your mithai?
At Amyshk, quality is non-negotiable for us. Our mithai is sourced only from carefully selected premium manufacturers who use high-quality ingredients.
We do not source sweets from substandard manufacturers.
Is the mithai fresh?
Yes. Every order contains freshly prepared mithai. When refrigerated, the sweets have a shelf life of up to three months.
Flowers
Can I choose the bouquet?
Yes. You can choose your preferred bouquet from our available collection. The size of the bouquet is automatically matched to the size of your selected hamper.
Are the flowers fresh?
Absolutely. Every bouquet is handcrafted using premium fresh flowers on the very day of delivery.
Packaging

At present, Amyshk delivers exclusively within Mumbai city limits.

Why do you only deliver within Mumbai?
Luxury is built on attention to detail.
Fresh flowers are arranged on the day of delivery, premium mithai is carefully prepared and packed, and every hamper is personally hand-delivered by our professionally presented delivery team.
Limiting our delivery area allows us to oversee every step of the process and ensure that every recipient enjoys the experience exactly as intended.
Do you plan to expand to other cities?
Yes. We intend to expand to additional cities across India as we grow, while maintaining the same uncompromising standards of quality, presentation, and service.

Can I place an order from outside India?

You can place your order from anywhere in the world, provided the delivery address is currently within Mumbai city limits.

Why are your prices displayed in US Dollars (USD)?
Amyshk is designed primarily for Indians living overseas who wish to send thoughtful gifts to their loved ones in India.
To make ordering simple and transparent for our international customers, all prices on our website are displayed in US Dollars (USD).
Your card issuer or payment provider will automatically convert the amount into your local currency, if applicable.
Why are the prices of the Small, Medium, and Large hampers relatively close?
Because you're purchasing much more than the contents of the hamper.
The difference between the three sizes mainly reflects the quantity of mithai and the size of the bouquet. However, many of the costs associated with delivering an Amyshk hamper remain the same regardless of size.
These include:

Does a larger hamper offer better value?
Each hamper is designed to provide excellent value within its size category.
The Small, Medium, and Large hampers all deliver the same premium Amyshk experience. The larger sizes simply offer more generous quantities of mithai and a larger floral arrangement, while maintaining the same uncompromising standards of quality, presentation, and service.

Who delivers my Amyshk hamper?
Every Amyshk hamper is delivered exclusively by our own delivery team.
We do not use third-party delivery partners or courier services. This allows us to maintain complete control over every stage of the delivery experience, from collection and handling to the moment your gift is presented.
Why don't you use delivery partners?
Because the delivery is part of the gift.

How are your delivery executives trained?
